Support System™ respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected through our website, mobile application, educational tools, wellness-tracking features, memberships, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We May Collect
Account Information: Name, email address, login credentials, authentication information.
Wellness & Self-Tracking Information: Weight and body-tracking entries, nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, stress tracking, habit-tracking data, journaling notes, educational progress information.
Technical & Usage Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, IP address, session activity, usage analytics, interaction data.
Communications: Customer-support communications, contact requests, feedback submissions.
Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive medical information unless comfortable doing so in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Information
Information may be used for: operating and maintaining the Platform; providing educational content and wellness-support tools; maintaining account functionality; improving user experience; troubleshooting; monitoring security; analyzing engagement trends; responding to support requests; enforcing Terms of Use; and communicating service updates.
We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or individualized healthcare recommendations.
3. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, & Analytics
The Platform may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, analytics tools, session technologies, and similar tracking tools. These may be used for maintaining login sessions, remembering preferences, improving performance, monitoring functionality, analyzing usage trends, and supporting security. Users may modify browser/device settings to limit tracking technologies, though doing so may affect Platform functionality. The Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals unless otherwise required by law.

When accessed through a mobile device, the Platform may collect limited device-related information including device type, operating system, application version, crash diagnostics, device identifiers, and general usage data. Users may manage certain permissions through device settings.

We use commercially reasonable measures intended to help protect information. Data may be encrypted during transmission where reasonably appropriate. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security or protection from unauthorized access, data loss, or security breaches. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and account credentials.
6. Third-Party Services
The Platform may utilize third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, analytics, authentication, customer support, communications, error monitoring, or operational infrastructure. These providers may have access to limited information necessary to perform services on our behalf and operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
7. HIPAA Notice
The P.L.A.T.E. Support System™ is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, health plan, HIPAA-covered entity, therapy practice, or healthcare service organization. Information submitted through the Platform may not be protected under HIPAA. The Platform is intended solely for educational, informational, organizational, and general wellness-support purposes.
8. User Rights & Account Deletion
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information by contacting: support@KeyLoCore.com. Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security purposes, or other legitimate business purposes.
9. Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and maintain the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support operational continuity.
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
11. State Privacy Rights
